You will need to edit the Mult-user list for the Multi-user calendar.

1. In the Multi-User view, click on the Multi-User List icon.
2. Click on the user you want removed, then click Remove User.
3. To remove a user or resource calendar from the Multi-User view without deleting the name from the list, deselect the check box by the name.
4. Click OK to save and exit the dialog box.
