Looking for a solution to help me with e-mail that I must keep for people who are not longer employed with us. We are required to keep them for 2 years. I can archive the files or just keep the data files however when I delete the user account then I am unable to open these files. It will not let me as admin open the archives for them. Any suggestions, ideas?????
