Uninstalling SecureLogin 3.5 and SecretStore

Novell Cool Solutions: Question & Answer

Q:
How does one uninstall or disable Secure Login 3.5 and Secret Store? TID 10077555 is for SS 3.0 and the steps cannot be the same as with the 3.5 version.

A:
First, uninstall NSL via Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. It is listed as Novell Nsure SecureLogin. Second, uninstall the Novell SecretStore client the same way. It's probably listed just under SecureLogin.

Note that you can't really uninstall SecretStore from the server. It extended the schema during the install. You can elect not to load the SSS.NLM, and that will make SecretStore unavailable.
