Q:
How does SSO relate to the Nsure SecureLogin product?
A:
The SSO feature of the Novell Client is a feature used to provide SSO to the Windows environment by storing the Windows ID/Password in the registry rather than having to re-read it from the GINA. This would normally be used where the domain/AD/SAM database is not linked to the directory and so passwords/ID's may not be the same. The ID/password is stored under the HKLM/Software\novell key, and it is encrypted.
If you're using ZFD with Dynamic Local User, you should not need
this. If you use NMAS with a non-password method, this would potentially be a good thing to have.
