After Upgrading to GroupWise 6.5 Email Prints in Wrong Language

I have checked the language setting. Uninstalled GroupWise and ran the registry cleaner. Then did a standard install and still have the same problem. They can view the emails just fine but when printing it comes out in another language.

Any help with this matter would be wonderful.

Take a look at TID10069817 Illegible printing from GroupWise after applying Support Pack 1. It suggests removing the current printer driver and installing a non-enhanced printer driver.
