I'm trying to migrate users from AD into NDS (using a DirXML AD driver). The driver has security equivalence with a user who's not an Admin, but who has security equivalence with Admin. The DirXML driver is in a Driver Set defined as an NDS partition, different from the one with the container I want to migrate users into.
The migration is not working - no OUs, users, etc. are created in NDS. How can I fix this?

There are two possible solutions you can use:
1) Set the security equivalence of the DirXML AD driver to Admin; OR
2) Put the DirXML Driver Set and the container that will hold the migrated users on the same NDS partition.
