How can I change the Launch Feedback preferences in KDE?

A:
Click on the K Menu, and then CONTROL CENTER. In the window that comes up, select APPEARANCE & THEMES. Then select LAUNCH FEEDBACK. Set your preferences. When done, be sure to click APPLY.
