One Click or Two?

Novell Cool Solutions: Question & Answer

Posted: 9 Mar 2005

Q:
Right now, I single-click icons on my KDE desktop to open them. How can I make it so that a double-click is required?

A:
Go to your K Menu and click on CONTROL CENTER. From the pane on the left, select PERIPHERALS. Then, select MOUSE. In the pane on the right, there is an "Icons" box. In this box, select the radio button that says "Double-click to open files and folders (select icons on first click)." Click APPLY when finished, and then close the window.
