Is there somewhere that I can adjust my keyboard settings in KDE?

A:
Yes. K MENU => CONTROL CENTER. Select PERIPHERALS from the left. Then, select KEYBOARD from the same. You can change your keyboard preferences here. When finished, click APPLY, then close the window.
