Losing passwords on synchronization

Q:
I installed the Identity Manager 2.0.1 Server on NetWare 6.5 and the Remote Loader in a W2k Domain Controller (both Servers are in the same domain). Groups and Users are synchronizing very well, but no passwords. To synchronize the Passwords I use the distribution password. In the Status Log of the Subsciber Channel there is an error message:
Code(-9065) Unable to determine value of attribute nspmDistributionPassword for object

Make sure that:

1. You have assigned a password policy to the users in question.
2. The password policies enables universal password.
3. The password policies enables password synchronization.
4. The DirXML driver object has been assigned supervisor rights to the users in question.
5. You have carefully gone over all the other steps discussed in http://www.novell.com/documentation/dirxml20/admin/data/botfldy.html
