I need to restore an iFolder account for an employee who left the company for a few months and then returned. We had deleted her account, but she needs it restored. Is there a doc somewhere that explains how I can do this?
A:
To restore a user's account from a backup system to the iFolder server, please follow the steps outlined in this TID. Keep in mind that you cannot restore individual files, you can only restore the entire account.
