How do I change the Team File Share location within Virtual Office? My SYS volume is filling up fast with Team Files Shares.
A:
By default, the Virtual Office server uses TOMCAT/4/WEBAPPS/NPS/WEB-INF/COMMUNITYSTORE to save virtual team data. Since this default location is internal to the web application it can write the files there, regardless of whether or not that volume has been enabled to respond to CIFS/SAMBA file protocol commands. If you need to change this to a location to another volume then you must make that volume accessible via a CIFS share.
