Can't see contents of NetStorage folders

I'm logged into WebAccess as the admin. When I open the NetStorage page, I see my typical drives mapped from my login script. When I go to open the folders, no files show. There are files. I'm admin and I have all the rights necessary to see the files. What do I need to configure to turn up the visibility of the contents of these folders? (The server is a SBS 6.5 SP1 server.)

Edit your login script and add either the servername or the server's ip address
For example:
map root s:=myserver/vol1:junk
or
map root s:=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/vol1:junk
