Is it possible to restrict users from access to Virtual Office? I need to allow access for some users and deny access for most users. How do I do it?
A:
You can control access to Virtual Office by using iManager. Access the role Virtual Office > Environment Administration. Click on the Portal Information tab. There is an option called "Portal Containers", which controls which OUs can access VO. Add or remove the containers that you want to grant access.
If you want to grant access on an individual basis, create an OU for Virtual Office users and then place alias objects of the users to whom you want to grant access.
