I'm having trouble with the connection between the iSCSI Target and Initiator (using NetWare 6.5). The Initiator will not connect to the Target. I have set the iSCSI parameter ImmediateData = No. Is that the problem?

Yep, that's the problem. Novell iSCSI only supports immediate data at this time. The ImmediateData parameter needs to remain default of "Yes". IE: "ImmediateData"="Yes"
