In our Virtual Office Chat, all the users show up as being offline, even when they're online. What's up?
A:
Make sure Chat is configured correctly and the firewall has open ports. Check the settings in iManager under VO | Environment Settings | Portal Info Tab. Make sure the container only has the O and not the OU or anything else. If you have other containers configured this could mess up Chat.
