Sorry Pete, there is no easy way to do this. We've said it before, and we'll say it again: GroupWise just doesn't really do the big brother thing very well. That said, the only way we can think of for you to do this is to set up clients to grant you, the administrator, Proxy access. But for that to work, you'd have to have Proxy access to every client (which would require visiting every workstation and setting the access) on the system, and you'd have to check each and every client for rules every time you wanted to check on your users. And your users would be able block your access any time they wanted by removing you from their Proxy list. The bottom line, Pete, is no.
