Q:
What happens if you enable ACK filtering with a stateful filter? If it is going to filter any traffic that does not have the ACK bit set, then no connections could be initiated using a rule like this, correct?

A:
If you try to do this with Filtcfg, it won't let you. The settings are mutually exclusive, and they don't make sense together.
