It looks like you have LDAP configuration problems, Delaine. Go to the HTTPD_ADDITIONS_CONF file and verify that the LDAP server context and information is entered correctly.
Next, make sure that you've met the installation requirements as follows:
- If you want to have LDAP over SSL, you need to copy the ROOTCERT.DER from your LDAP server to your iFolder server.
- If you want to do subcontainer searches during user authentication, you need to either assign the CN property to the Public object or create an LDAP proxy user.
