Getting Users in Os and OUs to Login

Greg B. wrote: I know I'm missing something here, but I can't seem to get this working correctly. We have users in O and OU's. The users who are in the O can login fine, but any user in a subcontainer cannot login. If I check the "Search Subcontainers" box from the ifolder LDAP admin page, then no one can login until I modify the httpd_additions_nw.conf file and uncomment the line LdapLoginDnContext "O=hq" and comment out the new line that was put in, LdapLoginDnContext "*O=hq". What is the correct way for users in the O and OU's to be able to login? Thanks for your help.
A:
In order for iFolder to search subcontainers, you need to either assign the CN property to the Public object or create an LDAP proxy user. The instructions for doing this are located at http://www.novell.com/documentation/lg/ifolder
Read the installation chapter for the operating system that you are installing iFolder on (ie. NetWare 5.1 and 6, or Windows NT 4/2000).
