NMAS PCProx login method

I'm looking for the PCProx login method for NMAS to implement a secondary login requirement. I've found documentation about installing and configuring the method but can't find the actual files. I've looked in our NMAS directory but don't have the method there at all. Is it available for download anywhere?

PCProx is bundled with Novell SecureLogin (which is a purchased product). PCProx was removed from the NMAS bundle when NMAS started being bundled with eDirectory 8.7.3 for free.
