This will work only if all those accessing the "shared" folder use the same username and password. And of course, the machines they are using would have to have the iFolder client installed (unless they are accessing it from a browser and then the iFolder client would only need be to be installed on one workstation to activate and create the account).
However, this release of iFolder isn't really designed for sharing. If there are multiple users using the same account, you are bound to run into file conflicts as people work on the same files from different locations. iFolder does have something called the "conflict bin" that can salvage overwritten documents, provided that the conflict bin isn't full (it purges excess files after it hits 25 MB).
