Searching Sub Containers

Q:
I set it up so my users could search sub containers, but they keep getting error messages about passwords being case sensitive. They're unable to authenticate or login. What should I do?

A:
Modify the HTTP_ADDITIONS.CONF file and remove the "*O=context" and replace it with "O=context,OU=secondarycontext,O=context"
