Splitting iFolder Accounts onto Two Servers

I currently have iFolder running on one Netware 6 server servicing users from two organizations. Shortly I will be upgrading the departmental servers to Netware 6 and want to split up the accounts from the single server onto the two upgraded servers. My preliminary plan is to:
1. Install iFolder on both new NW 6 installations.
2. Setup the LdapLoginDNContext on each server to reflect only the appropriate container users.
3. Stop iFolder server on the current server.
4. Copy the iFolder directory to both new servers.
5. Use the iFolder admin utility to delete the unwanted accounts on each server.
6. Have the users change their iFolder clients to point to their new server.
Anybody see any potential pitfalls?
