What is the best way to format an email send by Identity Manager? The email sends fine if I just put some simple text in the message body. But if I try HTML, it won't send. I've tried both test and HTML email with no luck. What is the secret?
A:
In the spot where you have the TO, FROM, Subject, etc., add another part
called ENCODING and set it equal to US-ASCII.
