Authorizing user login in iFolder 2.0
Novell Cool Solutions: Question & Answer
Q:
I use iFolder 2.0 Pro, and I'm trying to get used to the new options. When a user wants to login with iFolder they get the message that they're not authorized. However, if I try it with the same username but a wrong password, iFolder gives the message that the password is wrong. (So I guess that it recognizes the account.)
When I login with the admin console and search for the user it finds them in the tree, so it seems the context which iFolder users reads is also OK.
What am I missing?
A:
You actually need to click on the user link, and then press the "Enable" button to enable that user to use iFolder. The user icon should then change to yellow instead of red when you do a search on all users (yellow users are iFolder-enabled).
