DS slow to open

Q:
DS is opening extremely late on one of my servers, which means that
autoexec.ncf is processed completely and the OES version information is already shown. After this, the local DS is opened. Problem is, several services try to read there information from the local DS and fail during bootup (SLPDA for example) or start with the wrong configuration (like CIFS). I've already tried PKIDiag and DSRepair, with no errors and no success.
A:
Bring the server up with Server -NDB and ignore any errors. Run a local
dsrepair with Rebuild Op Schema =yes, accept the changes, exit dsrepair
and reboot.
