Q:
How can I delete and then recreate an iFolder user? We want to enable recover pass phrase on upgraded accounts, but cannot delete the existing accounts.
A:
One way is to delete the iFolder user, recreate him/her and let him/her upload the locally stored data again.
If you can't delete the user from the management console, check to see if iFolder is running on the server.
