I'm trying to synchronize eDirectory and AD. When user attributes are changed or created, the eDirectory Subscriber channel gives an "LDAP_NO_SUCH_OBJECT" error message.

The most likely cause is that your subscriber channel placement rule is
not generating a dest-dn that refers to an existing container in AD. See this TID:

Post a level-3 trace from the DirXML Engine side (the NetWare box) showing a new user being processed on the subscriber channel. It should be clear from the trace what the problem is.
