LDAP installation error

Q:
I'm trying to install iManager 2.0.2 and I get this message: "Cannot authenticate through secure LDAP. LDAP is not installed on this
server or it is not installed correctly."
LDAP version 8.7.3 is installed and it seems to be configured correctly
by the information that I got from Consoleone.
