Using unique names

Q:
I need to change the CN of the Destination (Active Directory with Exchange) from the eDirectory CN to the Specification SurName GivenName. Because there are persons with the same name in the company, I need to check it with the unique-name nouns. I'm looking for examples of how to do that.
