Installing Oracle Database requires users to be created along with customizing your kernel and a lot of other stuff that is difficult. Is there a way around it?

Use "orarun" package included in SLES or download from ftp://ftp.novell.com/partners/oracle/sles-9/
orarun completes all the pre-requisites for the Oracle Installation procedure.
