Replacing home directory with iFolder directory

To avoid managing two different storage locations, is there any reason I couldn't eliminate the userdirectory (home directory) and just assign an iFolder directory? Then remap My Documents to \iFolder\user\ ?

No problem. That's the way a lot of people do it.
