We have 2 NBM servers. I recently rebuilt one, and now it has NetWare OES and BM 3.8 SP3. I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to bring over the filters from our other NBM server, which is 3.7. Now when I go into FILTCFG, I only see the default filters for 3.8, but not all of the ones from my old server.

It might be the sequence you are using. When you bring the old filters.cfg file over, you might be doing some operations that wipe out the filter info in it.

I suggest you bring the filters.cfg file over AFTER unloading filtsrv, and before filtsrv migrate. You can do BRDCFG after the migrate, though I don't see why you want to do it at all if your 3.7 filter exceptions are complete (except, perhaps, to add some 3.8 VPN exceptions).
