Connections to my VPN server with the latest client 3.8.9 goes OK, but in Policies I can see only 2 rules: allow all unencrypted traffic, and deny all traffic. Internet browsing does not work.

This is a newish bug, related to NMAS issues. The TID below mentions an engineering build of authgw.nlm. I tested a build of authgw.nlm, which did fix the problem for me.

You will need an authgw.nlm that is dated 7/18/2005 or later.
