Q:
We need to encrypt sensitive data that is stored in eDirectory. Is there a way to encrypt or otherwise obscure the data in an auxiliary attribute?

A:
Encryption will be a feature of eDirectory 8.8. With earlier eDirectory versions, you cannot do it.
