There is an eGuide attribute called "otherphonenumber" that I was going to use to enter internal extension numbers into. When I tried to add a 4-digit number to this field, it told me it required 10. Can I change that requirement to allow 4 digit numbers?
A:
You can change the field via the eGuide LDAP attributes page. For example, change the requirement from US phone number to static text.
