We're having problems with SSL between the Remote Loader and the ID Vault. We exported the trusted root cert and configured an existing remoteloader instance. We're pretty sure we followed all the right steps, but the certificates are not working correctly. What could be the problem?

A:
Make sure you have exported the "Self-Signed Certificate" of the tree CA (not the "Public Key Certificate"). Some versions of the documentation specify the Self-Signed Certificate; other versions are incorrect.

You should also set "Use SSL: No" unless you have also set up the certificates for communicating between the driver and AD.
