Q:
eGuide is running without a problem as it searches for NDS users and their details. It is just that no-one can login to the administrator utility to make any changes.

A:
Check to see if the LDAP server has mandatory TLS/encryption set on. Once set off (in LDAP Group object), you'll be able to log in to eGuide again.
