Q:
If I follow TID10060600, I do not see anything on the system console/ds screen, and nothing goes to the log. If I run DSTrace from iManager it all works.

A:
Try using LOAD DSTRACE (as opposed to SET DSTRACE) followed by DSTRACE SCREEN ON.
