Installing the Bundle Edition

Q:
How do you install the IDM bundle edition? We're using OES SP1. I downloaded the slipstreamed version of OES sp4a/1a. When I try to do a Remote Product Install, I see no mention of Identity Manager - bundle edition or otherwise.

There is a separate CD image for the IDM bundle edition that is apart from the main installation images. It can be downloaded here:
