I've heard lots of people say that it's easier to administer SUSE than Red Hat. Can you point me to some information about that? Ease of administration is a top priority for us.

Well, it's always a matter of opinion. We think YaST is a great help, especially for new users of SUSE. But it's important to make clear that you always have the possibility of editing the config files manually.
