Making links work in email

Links won't work in my email. I have seen a message that tells me to set the preferred applications, but I don't know where this function exists. I don't see it in Evolution or in the SUSE 9.2 config tools. Help!

The answer to your question lies in the app gnome-control-center.

1. Click on Advanced | Preferred Applications
2. Make appropriate changes to the browser tab (ie firefox %s %u) to make the mail links open in a different browser.
