The brdsrvsRuleObjects aux class must be present in order for a user or group to be added to the "apply to" list in the ACL rule. Since that's kind of a fundamental iChain operation, there's no real way around this. If you try to add a user or group to the list and they do not have the aux class, the snapin will add it to the object.
