A:
"Forward Authentication Information to Web Server" sends the credentials directly from the proxy to the Web server. If you are using form fill, the credentials are sent back to the browser, and then to the application. These credentials can either be secured using Secure Exchange, or there is a credential masking feature in iChain 2.2.
