After I confirm the password, the iChain box replies with the following: "Either no diskette is present, or the key to install was not found. Please insert the correct diskette and try again." There is definitely a floppy in the drive and you can see that the iChain box reaches the disk drive.

Hi FA. Maybe your problem has something to do with the readme item on the iChain CD ... "make sure that the diskette is blank and formatted correctly."
