By default, the value of URL is <ERROR_INFORMATION>, which iChain dynamically replaces with the URL requested by the user before it delivers the login page to the user. On the other hand, if you hard code a URL in the login page, the user will always be directed there after authentication, regardless of the URL they originally requested.
