Currently, they run either during the day at login, when appl expl refreshes or at night when my users have forgotten to leave their computers on. How can I associate force run to an event so as to cause the user the least interruption I can? I would like to send out these fixes at logout or workstation lock.

A:
Workstation Manager provides scheduling based on these events. Using NALRUN32 or NALRUNW from the Tool Kit you can do exactly what you are asking.
