After installing ZfD4.0.1 I have found that I cannot remote control a PC where the user is not logged in. Is this normal? Being logged in was not a requirement with ZENworks 3.



A:
In order to control a machine that does not have a user logged in, youmust have a workstation policy that allows remote control. Make sure that your workstation policies are being applied and that the remote control policy is enabled.
