Is it possible to use ZENworks for Handhelds to edit the owner information on Palms or CE devices? We'd like to be able to easily change owner information, phone number, etc.

Sorry, no. ZENworks for Handhelds will report the settings of those values in HW Inventory, but cannot set them.
